This will calculate XFree86 Modelines for monitors given a few sync and blanking parameters.

Frequency 75.0 kHz

Blanking 3.08 uS
Ratios FP:1.0 Sync:4.0 BP:7.0
 
Vertical Pixels 960
Frequency 75.0 Hz
Sync 53.3 uS
Blanking 533.3 uS
Ratios FP:1.0 Sync:1.0 BP:10.0
 
General Dot Clock 124.80 MHz

Insure that the Dot Clock rate is lower than the maximum dot rate of your graphics card. If it isn't reduce the Vertical Frequency parameter.

All horizontal timings are increased to a multiple of 8 because many video cards ignore the three least significant bits.
